The course owes its success to our system of syndicates, team leaders and mentors. All are volunteers who give their time free of charge to pass their knowledge and photographic experience on to the course participants. Our management structure applies as follows:

1. COMMITTEE OF MANAGEMENT, (CLICK HERE TO VIEW COMMITTEE DETAILS) which oversees the program, manages the money and passes the funds raised to supporting Rotary Clubs to finance their community service programs.
2. COURSE PRESENTERS, (CLICK HERE TO VIEW PRESENTERS DETAILS) who provide their specialised knowledge free of charge during the lectures
3. TEAM LEADERS, (CLICK HERE TO VIEW TEAM LEADERS DETAILS) who manage each syndicate of six students and oversee the home assignments. They are all former students, most of whom return year after year to pass their knowledge on.
4. TEAM MENTORS, (CLICK HERE TO VIEW MENTORS DETAILS) who are former students, appreciate the comeraderie and learning environment and are prepared to give their time to assist the current students to grow their skills.
